A couple of glasses of bubbly with the girls at a charity do and Poppy's life has gone into meltdown. Not only has she lost her engagement ring, but in the panic that followed, she's lost her phone too. As she paces shakily round the hotel foyer she spots an abandoned phone in a bin. Finders keepers! Now she can leave a number with the hotel staff. It was meant to be!

Except the phone's owner, businessman Sam Roxton, doesn't agree. He wants his phone back, and doesn't appreciate Poppy reading all his messages and wading into his personal life. As Poppy juggles wedding preparations, phone messages and hiding her left hand from Magnus and his parents, can things get any more tangled?

    Truely gripping! I downloaded this book a while ago and compleatly forgot about it. I found it 2 days ago and have not been able to put it down. Well worth a read

    I couldn't put this book down, loved the easy to follow plot. I had a few laugh out loud moments! I'm going to look for more books by this author.

    I must have read a different book to everyone else. I've given it three stars as I did finish the book which means I must have enjoyed it, but it's the same as the other SK books I've read - ditzy girl meets hot shot bloke after clumsy encounter. If you're after a light hearted read with a happy ending the this should do the trick. I don't know if it is because I first read a SK book when I was 18 (Can You Keep A Secret?) but ten years later I don't find the books I have read have me as engrossed as I used to be. I regularly found myself skimming paragraphs because the story sometimes dragged on and on before it got to the point, which is really annoying, especially when you already know where the plot is heading. And, don't get me started on the spelling mistakes! (Admittedly these were in a paper version, maybe the electronic version of the book has corrected them) However, as I say, I did finish the book, and as annoying as the predictability of SK books are, it means I can trust another one should that be the kind of reading I'm after.

    Truly touching, funny, on the edge of your seat book I have read in a long time. I will miss the tales of Poppy and how her antics can make me laugh out loud, a great read!

    I have read all Sophie Kinsella's previous books and enjoyed them. I was a bit disappointed by this one as it just didn't have the same zing and unputdownable quality.
