    Sadly, many of the reviews here don’t review the book - they moan at the price - buy it electronically you ignorant throwback morons and stop using the book review as a customer service complaint. Great book told with a self-deprecating truthfulness that speaks volumes for the author. It gets past the guts and glory, and gives an insight into the effect of the experience. If you want a novel that will keep you enthralled for a 2 week holiday - buy some fiction. If you want to broaden your understanding of this topic - this book will help you do that.
